GTM: We'd like all our vendors to submit their banking information so that we can start paying you via ACH processing (a .pdf file is attached with this request).
Vendor: Is this required in order to be paid?
GTM: Our ultimate goal is to have all vendors paid via ACH. We’re asking all vendors to comply with the request.
Vendor: Your response did not answer my question.
GTM: I know we didn’t answer your question. We were being “politician like.” We aren’t saying it’s a requirement but the push from this end is pretty significant.
Vendor: Can you supply me with a fillable .pdf form? I know that even as a fillable form it still has to be printed, signed, then scanned back to e-form or snail mailed, but if the bulk of it can be completed on the computer, it eliminates typographical errors, problems with incomprehensible handwriting, and makes life easier for me (the vendor).
GTM: If you could just print out the form, fill it out and get it back to us, that’d be appreciated.

Vendor thinks: Ah, I see. You want me to make it easier for you, but you don't want to make it easier for me.
