What's with the talent bleeding out the door?

Why does it always seem that the wrong people leave GTM? I've seen people that work their asses off quit or get fired, but the lolly-gaggers who couldn't carry their own weight if their lives depended on it seem to go on and on. Wonder who's ass they're kissing? You tell me!

  1. People quite because there is no money here. And the uper management dosent care for the employees. Dave said it him self if u don't like comeing to work there are other places u can go. What happened to asking ur emplyees why they are unhappy? he also commented on how he is going to eat tonight. That's cool but some of the worker here aren't eating tonight. These things tell the worker that the boss dose not care for anyone but him self. Would u like to work for someone like that???

  2. In the past, Dave has not been the poster child for "caring employer". We were under the impression that he may have turned over a new leaf this past year but judging by the comment above, this is not so.

    We were also under the impression that an annual employee satisfaction survey provides him with information regarding exactly why staff is unhappy. We know from past surveys how well those issues are addressed. The same complaints are voiced every year, problems are not addressed and the satisfaction survey is merely a placebo to make employees feel like someone cares what they think.
