Pam Vander Pol, A/R Manager, has submitted her resignation effective today – 6/8/12.
We appreciate her 7+ years of service and wish her the best in her next endeavor.
Good Lord! At this rate Dave's going to have an army of underpaid, B.S. clones slaving away in his company.
Good luck replacing her. She was outstanding at what she did there, and the department will be a mess without her. It's a shame that people are so insecure about their own abilities to perform their job that they "let their subordinates resign."
ReplyDeleteNot sure if my earlier comment got eaten by the internet or deleted on purpose. I'll post once more just to be sure...
ReplyDeleteGood luck finding someone to replace her. Pam did an outstanding job, and AR will be quite a mess without her. It's a shame when someone is so insecure in their abilities to do their own job that they feel the need to "let their subordinates resign."
7 years of service, and this is how she's treated. S...M...H
Dear Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteThank you for reposting your comment. It did indeed get eaten by the internet. We agree with you 100% but GTM seems to have trouble retaining long-term employees. Funny, we've yet to hear of a long-term employee leaving that had an official exit interview and if they don't do exit interviews, how will they know why they are losing loyal employees?
Former warehouse manager had exit interview and the (former) hr manager who gave it understood how they felt and left it at that. If you seriously think Dave cares about having bs minions running around, you obviously haven't been paying attention.
ReplyDeleteAs long as the ship continues to be profitable, it will continue to sail on the current course. Is it profiting because of the charted course, or in spite of it?
